This means: the best of everything that's available to me.
I will eat clean
Drink lots of water
Get more and better quality rest
I will avoid exercising as it stresses out my body and spikes my cortisol levels.
Any household chores that requires lots of exertion is put on hold.
At the end of it I usually wonder why I don't take this much care of myself all the time.
But it usual ends there, as a thought, as distractions speed up the pace of life for me when I feel better.
It is my plan to change this.
