Have you ever been grateful for someone in a class or meeting asking a question you needed the answer for, but were afraid to ask?
I feel like this is me at every meeting
It's ok and normal, at least to me, to ask seemingly dumb questions.
Especially if new to asking questions.
Is it uncomfortable?
Hell yes!
So can we accept what we don't know and ask for help?
Even at the risk of looking momentarily silly?
Can you?
Can I?
Can we?
So, how can we make this easier on ourselves?
Practice?
Take the risk?
I think we will get better at asking better questions if we did.
So let us try... together.
We should be the light for someone else, asking the questions they want to, so they too can find confidence to ask themselves.
Come on...
Let's do it!
