Ever really wanted something? A pair of shoes? An outfit? A house? Well… I want a car. And this is what it feels like to want it.

Waiting, waiting, waiting... For the next obvious move in the chess game of life.

Even the weather mimicks us.

Mmm... tasty! I enjoy food, I really do!

Its confusing to separate our true self from what we have accepted as truth. When we realize there is a difference the work begins anew.

Sometimes things end and we lose time chasing them, when we should let them go and make room. What say you?

This is where I refuel… it’s warm and soft. It’s HOME

Gratitude... it just makes life worth it even more.

The body reveals what is going on more loudly than we think

Every year when it happens I am glad it does.
