Do you know the song? "Starting all over again is gonna be tough ..so tough.. but we're gonna make it!" Well... I want to find out how we're making it.

Is this a deal or is it over priced? Here are my thoughts on either way.

Sometimes the two things that seem unrelated reveals something life changing. Each of these messages were good to me but combined, I learnt something new and important.

Another saying that has been powerful in helping me stay on track... when I remember to say it.

Happy that I get to love you

Loving self is, to my mind, the ultimate level of self care. Which should lead to, better relationships with ourselves and with others. This is my take on what it means to self love.

Its confusing to separate our true self from what we have accepted as truth. When we realize there is a difference the work begins anew.

This a follow on from 'When feeling sick' but can be examined outside of that scenario. It moves me from self hatred towards self love.
